Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Curly Sue's Wigs & Hairpieces cannot accept returns of wigs, hairpieces, extensions and turbans etc due to public health concerns.
We can only accept returns in the case of faulty manufacturing. Although we check each item individually before it is sent, it is reasonable that on occassions a faulty product may escape our attention.
To accept a return due to faulty manufacturing for a purchase through www.curlysues.com.au or www.curlysuesfasthair.com.au we require all the packaging materials and the tags to still be attached. We require you to advise us of your intent to return your purchase within 5 working days after taking delivery. After we have received the returned item, and after we approve the return because the item has manufacturing faults, we reserve the right of sending you a replacement, or refunding you the full amount if for some reason we are not in the position of being able to replace the item.
You need to return the item within 15 days of taking delivery.Items not returned within this time period, or without the tags attached and the original packaging materials, may be rejected and sent back to you at your expense. We also reserve the right to reject a return if the item presents signs of wear - relatively easy to detect.
All shipping costs involved in a return are at our expense unless the return is without reasonable justification.
Send of a replacement or having us send a refund will occur after we receive the items and approve either the sending of a replacement or a refund.
The above terms also apply to all instore and/or phone purchases.
Pricing
Products purchased via www.curlysuesfasthair.com.au do not qualify for Curly Sue's normal in store professional services / added value benefits provided by our team of fully qualified hairdressers - colour matching, styling, cutting, alterations, etc. To compensate for this, online store pricing is discounted by approximately 10% to 20%.
